Etti Be'eri was born in 1946 in Israel and now lives and works as an artist near Jerusalem.
She began her artistic career relatively late in her life; using different techniques to create a wide range of themes. In the last few years she used her skills to develop a unique line of colorful sculptures made of metal showing figures in an interesting, naive, somewhat ironic style. Her use of industrial automobile paints on metal allows this art to be displayed both in and outdoors.
"I was inspired when i saw children making paper decorations. I have tried to make the sculptures simple, with associative painted motives, as if from a childs point of view"
